Not bad for what I'm interpreting as a possible E-card. However, sound would improve this dramatically.

I kept waiting for some punchline or funny moment. I wasn't aware that it was just about bullying. Now I know. I would suggest to watch for spelling and missing words. Nice animating - you have some talent there.
